Nancy Nathanson
for State Representative
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
There is so much to love about living in Oregon, and Eugene! The natural beauty all around us. The creative, can-do spirit of our people.
In Oregon we can build on the strong points, and tackle the obvious problems that remain, to become better. Serving in the legislature gives me a great opportunity to do both. I have passed bills on health care insurance rates, veterans’ services, consumer protection, and accountability for public contracts. I’m proud of the local programs I’ve promoted that wind up benefiting the entire state, like funding for school health centers, an earthquake early warning system at the University of Oregon, a youth shelter and assessment center on the Serbu Youth Campus, and preserving archaeological and anthropological collections at UO’s Museum of Natural and Cultural History.
I am honored to be representing and advocating for the residents of north and downtown Eugene. On this website you can find out more about me and my legislative work and priorities for the future. You’ll also find links to get information or help. Thanks for visiting.
Legislative Work

In the District
From helping a local child care business owner who pointed out costly state forms and mailings, and lactation consultants providing services to new moms, to pushing for safety improvements on Delta Highway, Nancy is always working for you.
“I spend time talking with and listening to the concerns of people here at home. Some of those meetings have been the spark that spurred legislation that I passed.”
